Personal Strength 360 Feedback Survey

While traditional leadership assessments focus on managerial skills or interaction with direct reports, the Personal Strength 360 Feedback Survey addresses an individual’s organizational leadership.  Based on the experiences and expertise of the instrument’s author, organizational leaders drive their results not just through their direct reports, but also through their peers, their superiors, their internal customers, and themselves.  In order to do that, they must develop an important set of skills and competencies that enable them to work with and through others.  Included in the model are: Interpersonal Impact, Organizational Skills, Risk-Taking, Self-Control, Tenacity, Trustworthiness, and Vision.
