Robert Miller Ph.D.

Bob Miller brings to the company over 30 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, corporate manager, business owner, and trainer.  He has consulted to telecom, high tech start-ups, manufacturing, education, and health care industries.

Recent consulting projects include executive coaching, strategic planning for Internet startup companies, conducting management and organization assessments, and designing and conducting project planning, and leadership and interpersonal development workshops. Clients have ranged for Fortune 50 companies to small businesses, and have included Ericsson Telecommunications, Campbell Soup, Hagar, Mallinckrodt, Brightpod.com, and PPG.

Before establishing his consulting practice in 1985, he was Director, Human Resource Development for ARCO Oil and Gas in Dallas. Before this, he was Manager, Employee Development, McGaw Labs (American Hospital Supplies), and Consultant, Atlantic-Richfield, in Southern California. He also worked as a Consultant for Corning Glass in New York while completing his Ph.D.

With a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior from Cornell, an M.S. in Business Management, and a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Bob has the academic training as well as the practical business experience to assist clients in resolving a wide range of business, management, and interpersonal issues.

Bob was a Research Fellow at Brunel University, Uxbridge, England for two years and also had a Fellowship to the Glacier Institute of Management, Ruislip, England. He is active in the OD Network and was named 1985 Member of the Year, Dallas Chapter, American Society for Training and Development. He has made numerous professional presentations and has articles published in the fields of organization development and training.
